Sexual harassment is a constant presence in America's workplaces and is a form of employment discrimination prohibited under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Title VII prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, and national origin.

    This training on sexual harassment will cover not only how to recognize sexual harassment, but what to do when it happens — to you or someone else. We'll also cover how companies should respond with policies and procedures to protect their employees from this type of behavior.
