Employers have the responsibility of providing safe workplaces for employees. Occupational Safety and Health Administration, or OSHA, has created ergonomics program guidelines for various industries, from meatpacking plants to nursing homes to retail grocery stores. 


In this Ergonomics in the Workplace course learn the concerns with posture and movement of the body along with the environmental factors present when a task is being performed. 


This course was created in compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHAct) of 1970 and the OSHA regulations.
